Please choose the type of building for the property you want to insure from the drop menu. In the menu below, pick the description of the property that fits best.
House - A residential dwelling for one or more families.
Flat - A residential dwelling in a building with others like it, usually placed on one story only and sharing a single main entrance.
Bungalow - A cottage or house consisting of only a ground floor, or occasionally with an additional single room on the first floor.
Maisonette - An apartment in a building that has its own outside entrance.
Semi-detached - A building consisting of two side-by-side houses sharing a central residential wall, often with mirrored layouts.
Detached - A separate building for housing, not sharing walls or rooms with other residential dwellings.
Link Detached - Household dwellings that share or link non-residential walls or extensions (such as garages or basements).
